Terms and Conditions of the Online Store animashadesign.com

§1 General Provisions

1. The online store operating at https://animashadesign.com is operated by Mariia Dobrzhanska, residing at Cypriana Norwida Street 4/17, 81-434 Gdynia, Poland.
2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, delivery, returns, and complaints.

§2 Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed via the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. To process an order, accurate personal information must be provided.
3. All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

§3 Payments

1. Available payment methods:
   • Bank transfer to a Revolut or Polish bank account
   • BLIK to a phone number
2. Orders will be processed once the payment has been received.

§4 Delivery

1. Orders are delivered within Poland and selected countries via:
   • InPost parcel lockers
   • DPD
   • Nova Post (for international shipments, including to Ukraine)
2. Shipping costs are provided during the order process.
3. The typical order fulfillment time is 5 to 7 business days; personalized posters may require a longer processing time.

§5 Personalized Products

1. Animashadesign offers the option to personalize posters (e.g., adding a name, date, or changing colors).
2. Personalized products are not eligible for return.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
2. Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order (personalized) products.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller via email: animashadesign@gmail.com
4. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

§7 Complaints

1. If a product defect is found, the customer has the right to file a complaint.
2. Complaints should be submitted via email to: animashadesign@gmail.com, including photos and a description of the issue.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.

§8 Personal Data

1. The administrator of customers’ personal data is Mariia Dobrzhanska.
2. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§9 Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions come into effect upon publication on the website.
2. In matters not covered herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

**§1 Postanowienia ogólne**
1. Sklep internetowy działający pod adresem [https://animashadesign.com](https://animashadesign.com) prowadzony jest przez Mariię Dobrzhanską, zamieszkałą przy ul. Cypriana Norwida 4/17, 81-434 Gdynia.
2. Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze sklepu, składania zamówień, płatności, dostawy, zwrotów oraz reklamacji.

**§2 Składanie zamówień**
1. Zamówienia można składać za pośrednictwem strony internetowej przez 7 dni w tygodniu, 24 godziny na dobę.
2. Warunkiem realizacji zamówienia jest podanie prawidłowych danych osobowych.
3. Wszystkie ceny podane są w złotych polskich (PLN) i zawierają podatek VAT.

**§3 Płatności**
1. Dostępne formy płatności:
   – Przelew bankowy na Revolut lub konto polskie
   – BLIK na nr telefonu
2. Zamówienie zostanie zrealizowane po zaksięgowaniu płatności.

**§4 Dostawa**
1. Zamówienia są dostarczane na terenie Polski i wybranych krajów za pośrednictwem:
   – Paczkomatów InPost
   – DPD
   – Nova Post (dla przesyłek zagranicznych, m.in. do Ukrainy).
2. Koszty wysyłki są podawane w trakcie składania zamówienia.
3. Czas realizacji zamówienia to zazwyczaj od 5 do 7 dni roboczych, przy czym przy plakatach personalizowanych czas może być wydłużony.

**§5 Produkty personalizowane**
1. Animashadesign oferuje możliwość personalizacji plakatów (np. dodanie imienia, daty, zmiana koloru).
2. Produkty personalizowane nie podlegają zwrotowi.

**§6 Odstąpienie od umowy**
1. Konsument ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania towaru bez podania przyczyny.
2. Wyjątek: prawo odstąpienia nie przysługuje w przypadku produktów wykonanych na zamówienie (personalizowanych).
3. Aby skorzystać z prawa odstąpienia, należy poinformować sprzedawcę drogą mailową: animashadesign@gmail.com
4. Koszty odesłania towaru ponosi klient.

**§7 Reklamacje**
1. W przypadku stwierdzenia wady produktu klient ma prawo do reklamacji.
2. Reklamacje należy zgłaszać na adres e-mail: animashadesign@gmail.com, dołączając zdjęcia oraz opis problemu.
3. Reklamacje są rozpatrywane w ciągu 14 dni od ich otrzymania.

**§8 Dane osobowe**
1. Administratorem danych osobowych klientów jest Mariia Dobrzhanska.
2. Dane przetwarzane są zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności.

**§9 Postanowienia końcowe**
1. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem opublikowania na stronie internetowej.
2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego, w tym Kodeks cywilny oraz ustawa o prawach konsumenta.
